BACK TO PRESENTERS

Frank Formica

1. What time is your time slot and what does your session consist of? (segments, types of music, serials etc)

Tuesday Night with Frank: 8.00 pm to 11.00 pm

Initially I will playing a variety of music, from the 1920s through to the 1970s from the very extensive and varied Golden Days Radio library

2. How did you first connect with GDR?

A few years ago I was looking for a radio station that was playing some nice easy music, old and some new, as there really was not a commercial station that played this style of music

GDR met my expectations

As secretary of Southern Suburbs Orchid Society, I saw an opportunity for the club to become a community group member, be publicised on radio and attract new members or visitors to our club

3. Why did you want to be a presenter?

Too much free time and not enough stress in my life!!!!!

From a young age I saw myself as being a radio presenter but never had the opportunity until now

4. What experience do you want to give your listeners?

Being valued

Being appreciated

Being important

The feeling that the music being played is especially for you
